Cover Recommendation for a Rockwood 2306 Travel Trailer in Western Colorado

Question:

I have a Rockwood Minilite 2306. Length from bumper to front is 20’6” excluding front tongue. The rear spare tire adds 10”, the Body height is 86”, the top of air conditioner adds apx 12” to that. We are in Western Colorado at 7500 feet elevation, so the RV and cover will endure intense sun/ UV, moderate heat 80s-90s, high wind gusts, wind-driven rain and hail, snow and freezing. Can you please tell me which of these 3 trailer covers is most suitable, durable and has had the fewest complaints: Camco UltraGuard Class C/ Travel Trailer Cover 20’-22’, Code: CAM45740 Classic Accessories PolyPro III Deluxe Travel Trailer Cover - Model 2 20- 22foot RVs Grey Item # 052963732634 The Adco Olefin HD RV Cover for Travel Trailers up to 24' - All Climate + Wind - Gray Item # AD67ZR Also, do you carry the new SkyShield Deluxe Travel Trailer Cover or Toy Hauler Cover, - Water Repellant RV Cover with Tyvek Roof model 2? What do you think of it? What is the price? thank you,

Expert Reply:

Out of the 3 covers you referenced I recommend Adco Olefin HD RV Cover for Travel Trailers up to 24' - All Climate + Wind - Gray # AD67ZR because it offers White Olefin top panel blocks harmful UV rays that can cause cracking and fading, it beads water on contact to eliminate black streaks and corrosion, and it stops dirt and dust particles from caking onto the surface of your travel trailer.

The Adco cover is an all-weather cover designed specifically for wind, high sun exposure, high moisture, snow, and long-term storage which is what you mentioned you will experience in your area of Colorado. I have linked a video review of this cover for you.
