I recommend starting with the vehicle side connector on your Chrysler Pacifica. Use a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to test the functions of the connector, specifically the right turn/brake location. If you find that there is no power at that location when using that function in the vehicle, then the cause is most likely a blown or missing fuse in the power distribution box under the hood. You can check the fuse locations in your copy of the owner's manual. While at the connector, also make sure that it is free of any dirt or corrosion. Aso check for dirt or corrosion on the trailer side connector as well.

If everything checks out fine at the connector, the next likely cause is a ground issue. You will want to check that all the ground connections on the trailer are made to clean, bare metal surfaces free of any dirt or debris. Check the right tail light assembly itself to make sure it is properly and securely attached, as many assemblies ground through the mounting studs.

If you are unable to resolve the issue, please let me know and I will be happy to look into this further. I have also attached a troubleshooting article that you might find helpful.
