Top Wind Jack Replacement for Trailer that Attaches to Side of Trailer

Trying to find a replacement jack, the jack has no mounting hardware attached to jack itself as it uses a clamp system by the same company and is top winding?

What we have is a bolt-on style of jack like part # PS1400300303 which can attach to the side of your trailer frame, is a topwind, and has a 2,000 lb capacity.
