To safely use the Swagman XTC 4-Bike Rack, part # S64665, you will need a Class III hitch. I've included a link to a list of all of the Class III hitches that are confirmed fits for a 2011 Toyota Sienna.
I recommend specifically the Draw Tite Max-Frame Hitch, part # 75237. This hitch will be able to handle the weight of the bikes in the Swagman XTC. It has a no-drill installation and is a very economical solution. I've included a video of this being installed onto a 2011 Toyota Sienna so you can get an idea of what it takes to install the hitch. I also added our hitch install FAQ so you can see some helpful tips on installing a hitch.
