Question:
Do you offer a class 1 trailer hitch and wire harness for a 2017 Ford Fiesta 5 door hatchback?

I recommend going with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver – Class I, # C11067, which is confirmed to fit your 2005 Ford Fiesta 5-door hatchback. With a 1,500 lb gross trailer weight capacity and a 150 lb tongue weight capacity, the Curt model is a very sturdy choice. (Keep in mind, however, that you are always limited by the tow capacity of your vehicle.)
For a wiring harness, I suggest going with the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector, # C56191, which is a custom harness for your vehicle. I've attached a video showing the wiring installation on a 2015 Ford Fiesta.
You'll also need a drawbar, sold separately. The recommended ball mount for this trailer hitch and your vehicle is the Drawbar for 1-1/4 Inch Hitches, # 3594, which has a weight capacity of 2,000 lbs and a 4-inch rise. I've attached an article on choosing a ball mount that includes information about how to measure for rise/drop. Once you know this measurement, you can determine if this 4-inch rise will be sufficient for your purposes or if you need a drawbar with different rise/drop dimensions. The necessary pin and clip are included with the drawbar.
You'll also need a hitch ball for towing. I recommend either the 2-inch hitch ball, # 19258 or the 1-7/8 inch hitch ball, # 19256. Both are designed for use with Class I hitches. I've attached an article on choosing a hitch ball for you to check out.
