Troubleshooting Primus IQ Brake Controller Reading N.C.
Question:
Bought a wiring harness from you guys so I can use my Primus IQ in my 2000 Silverado. Shows a single dot on the display. Shows the dot also when trailer is plugged in. Nothing happens when I apply the brakes. Manual override switch only indicates N.C. Thanks

If there is a single dot flashing on your Tekonsha Primus IQ # TK90160, it may be an indication that your controller is mounted at too high of an angle. The Primus needs to be mounted at between 0 and 70 degrees before you can set the power to the brakes.
