I have a solution for you, however, a 2015 Honda Odyssey cannot be flat towed behind a RV with 4 wheels on the ground.
To tow your Odyssey behind your RV you can use a tow dolly that will allow the front wheels off the ground.
The Roadmaster Two Dolly with Electric Brakes, # RM-2050-1, can tow a maximum 4,250 lbs and will fit vehicle's with 12 to 16 inch diameter tires. If your vans gross vehicle weight (GVWR) is less than 4,250 and your tire diameter is bigger than 12 inches but no larger than 16 inches, then the Roadmaster Tow Dolly will work well for you.
The dolly will include wheel net straps and ratchets that will secure your van to the dolly.
To operate the brakes on the tow dolly, an electric brake controller will have to be installed in your RV's cab. It looks like your Thor Quantum may be built of Ford chassis according to my research. If you can verify which Ford chassis your RV is built on, then I will be able to find a brake controller that will work for this application.
