5th Wheel Trailer Hitch That Will Work With A 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 That Has Factory Air Suspension
Question:
I have the above truck and am thinking of switching from a bumper pull to a fifth wheel. What are my options for hitches that work with the Ram factory air ride? I would need some sort of slider I assume as I only have the 57inch box.

I have the perfect 5th wheel trailer hitch option that is a confirmed fit for your 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 and will not interfere with the vehicle's factor airbags. However, as the bed on your vehicle is only 5-1/2' long, you will want to use both a fixed 5th wheel hitch in addition to a sidewinder kingpin.
For this, I recommend using the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # RP30047 in addition to our Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches part # RP50142-58 as Reese 5th wheel hitches are one of the best "bang for your buck" options we carry.
In order to recommend the correct sidewinder, I would need to know either the make and model number of your current pin box or you can use the attached king pin article that will show you how to correctly measure your current pin box to find the right replacement.
