Bike Rack and Cargo Carrier that Fits Class I Hitch for 2010 Toyota Prius
Question:
Does the trailorhitch I purchased come with an 2 inch adapter? I plan on using the hitch and cargo carrier together.

I checked your order notes and you ordered the Draw Tite hitch part # 24847 which is a Class I hitch with a 1-1/4 inch opening. I wish there was a way to use a 2 inch adapter safely but they add quite a bit of movement to the hitch and because of that and additional leverage they cut the capacity of the hitch by 50 percent.
Best option is a cargo carrier designed for that hitch size like the Curt part # C18145.

If you plan on carrying any women's or alternative framed bikes without horizontal top tubes you may also be interested in purchasing a Kuat Bike Frame Adapter Bar # UB01 to provide a horizontal top tube on your bikes to provide an attachment point. I attached a review video for this product also. This will allow the bikes to be carried more level and will provide more ground clearance.
