The correct replacement key for your Karrite Explorer cargo is the Replacement Key for Thule and Sportrack Racks and Carriers part # THKEYN2802.

The Sportrack Explorer and the Karrite Explorer are the same cargo box, so the Replacement Locks and Keys, #SR03807 will fit on your cargo box. This will give you two locks and two keys.
