It sounds like you have a Falcon 2 Tow Bar # RM-520 that came with your Class A motorhome. The Falcon 2 is rated up to 6,000 pounds so you'll want to make sure your Ram doesn't exceed that. Depending on how its equipped it very well may.

Also, make sure your RV is rated high enough to tow the Ram.

What you need on your 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 is a base plate kit that will connect to the tow bar. If your truck is a MegaCab # 277-1A will work for you and if you the truck isn't a MegaCab use # 280-5. Both will work great with the Falcon 2.

I recommend using the Blue Ox Safety Cables # BX88197.

To flat tow the truck you'll also need wiring for the lights, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter.

To power the Ram's lights I suggest the diode kit # RM-15267. This will use the vehicle's tail lights by connecting to the RV's and includes the cord to go between the two.

For a supplemental braking system the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251 is a favorite around here because of how reliable it is and it's easier to install than many other permanently installed systems. You'll also need the Brake-Lite Relay # RM-88400 to keep the truck's lights from overriding the RV's.

Finally, you'll likely need a high-low adapter. I've attached an article to help you determine the correct rise or drop your setup requires. I've also linked our selection of adapters for you to look at once you know what you need.

In addition to my recommendations I've linked some articles on flat towing that you may find helpful.

Flat towing a 2009 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with a Falcon 2 Tow Bar # RM-520 won't be an issue at all. You can use the same safety cables but you'll want the Roadmaster MX Base Plate Kit # 1429-3 because it doesn't need the crossbar that would need to purchase separately. You can also use the same wiring kit # RM-15267 along with an Automatic Battery Disconnect Kit # RM-766. The Wrangler is known for draining the battery while being towed so it needs to be disconnected. The kit will make it much easier to do. Since your RV has a 6-way connector you'll need to use a 6-way to 6-way cord like # HM47055 because the cord included with # RM-15267 is a 6-way to 7-way. You'll also probably need a high-low adapter still. There's an air line in the pictures that shows the RV has the Roadmaster BrakeMaster. To connect the Jeep to the RV you'll need the Replacement Air Cylinder # RM-9100-50 and Second Vehicle Kit # RM-98160. If you happen to already have the air cylinder then you'll just need the second vehicle kit. If you need all of it then it's actually more cost effective to purchase an entire new system, # RM-9160. Along with the BrakeMaster you'll need a Stop Light Switch Kit # RM-751452 and Seat Adapter # RM-88130.
