Question:
Which hitch rack would you recommend for a 2015 4Runner? I will take recommendations on both folding and non-folding ones.

Two of our most popular cargo carriers are the etrailer # e98874 and the Pro Series # 63153. They are very comparable in that they both fit a 2 inch hitch receiver and are rated for 500 lbs. The etrailer option has a 2 inch rise in the shank while the Pro Series has a 2-1/2 inch rise. They both also measure 24x60 so essentially the only difference is the fact that the etrailer folds and the Pro Series doesn't.
Unless you are needing one that has a ramp or is possibly covered, these are my 2 recommendations for you.
A couple things you will want to keep in mind when using a cargo carrier; make sure that none of your cargo is directly behind your muffler as that heat can cause damage, even though these are rated for 500 lbs if the hitch receiver on your 2016 Toyota 4Runner is rated for a lower Tongue Weight (TW) then you will need to go with that weight as your capacity.
To secure your carrier to your hitch receiver and to help reduce play while traveling I recommend going with an anti-rattle locking hitch pin like part # 63232.
I have attached some review videos for you to check out.
