Does Retrax PowerTraxPro MX part # RT90752 Fit 2016 Nissan Titan XD With Utili Track

My 2016 Titan XD has both the Titan boxes and the utili track option. Will this tunnel cover work for my truck without having to remove either?

It does not interfere with the Titan box either so it would not interfere with it's function at all.
