hi will a trailer hitch for a 1998 jeep cherokee fit a 2007 jeep commander?

A hitch from a 1998 Jeep Cherokee would not fit a 2007 Jeep Commander, for the Commander you would need something like the Draw Tite hitch part # 75338 which is a confirmed fit.
This hitch only goes back to fitting 2006 Commanders.
