Washers Compatible With 7/8 Inch Castle Nut

Question:

what washer do you use with 7/8 -14 Castle nut part 165931? I cant seem to find one on your site Also do you have a part number for it.

For castle nut # 165931, for a D washer use part # 5-23 or round washer use part # SW1000. These are both for 1 inch spindles but are compatible with the 7/8 inch castle nut assemblies. You can also use the Replacement Spindle Washer - Tang Type for E-Z Lube # 5-101.

for a 7/8" castle nut on a 1" axle the 1" ID tang washer doesn't fit in the groove. Do you know how to find a 7/8" tang washer? I have my old one (a tab is broken) and it is smaller than the washer referenced above (i got one and it's bigger than my old one.)

@AndrewD For a washer you'll need the Washer Spindle Tongue # 165863. If you check out the linked video you'll see we verify the ID of this washer is 1".
