What is the diameter of the swivel mount? I am hoping to reuse the swivel mount that is welded onto the trailer.

The inner diameter of the Trailer Valet Swivel Jack's # STC-V211 mount's opening is approximately 2-1/2 inches.

The inner diameter of the replacement mounting bracket for Trailer Valet part #TV-0002 is 2-1/2 inch. The pin diameter is 5/8 inch.

The Trailer Valet XL part #TVXL2 that you referenced can handle small inclines pretty well. If you check out the review video at the 2:30 mark you'll see the dolly being used to push a trailer up a pretty decent incline.
