Among the hitches offered for your 2008 Ford E-150 van, all shown on the linked page, the Draw-Tite Class V hitch # 41945 will extend furthest to the vehicle's rear. In fact this hitch extends rearward past the bumper on the vehicle shown in the linked install video.
