For your 2003 Nissan Altima 2.5S, I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 for your tow bar wiring. This will give you a coiled connection cable and 6-way functionality with a clean looking connection on the front of your Altima. This system will use your factory wiring for a clean look on the back of your vehicle as well.
If you haven't already got a flat towing system, I recommend the following:
