Expert Reply:
Basically the T2 Classic # TH9045 is nearly identical to the previous generation T2 with few changes. It does have different wheel cradles than the last T2 though. The way that it tilts requires accessing the pin in front of the first bike location and this rack has a hitch bolt and lock. The hooks can be locked but the locks are sold separately # TH450200.
The T2 Pro # TH23JV has its tilting access at the end of the bike rack where it is easier to use and doesn't require the use of a pin. It has an integrated anti-rattle/locking mechanism instead of a bolt and the bike locks are included.
Both racks have a capacity of 100 pounds total so 2 bikes that total out to 90 pounds would not be a problem. The racks weigh about the same, too, with the Classic at 50 pounds and the Pro at 51 pounds.
