Can this cord pin out be re-wired on both ends????

There isn't a way to access the wiring within the connectors on the Hopkins Nite-Glow Tow Bar Extension Cord # HM47054 without cutting it open. But you can access the wiring and change the positions on the Blue Ox version # BX88206 or Roadmaster version # RM-146-7.
