The Reese Super Titan Dual Ball Mount # RP38180 is designed to specifically fit in a 3 inch receiver opening of the Reese Super Titan hitches. The ball mount's pin hole is normally too large for any 3 inch factory hitches.

The 3 inch hitches are a sort of new item so if the hitch on your 2010 Chevy Silverado is a factory hitch it is probably not a 3 inch. Measure the receiver opening straight across and if it does end up being 3 inches then this ball mount will fit. If ends up being something else like 2-1/2 or 2 inches then we do have ball mounts for those as well.

If yours is indeed a 3 inch receiver look at the Draw-Tite # 40701 instead of the Reese. This works with factory 3 in hitches because it has the properly sized 5/8 inch pin hole.
