For your 1995 Ford F-350 I would recommend you use Valley Fifth Wheel Installation Kit, part # V55150R. This rail kit is a custom install kit that would install in half the time of a universal kit and minimize drilling into your vehicle.

The # RP50082 that you referenced is not designed to be used on you vehicle and would not work for you.
