To use your RangeFinder II tow bar to flat tow your 2000 Saturn SL 1 you will need to use the Roadmaster Bracket Adapter # RM-037 with a Roadmaster base plate kit. The Roadmaster base plate kits that will fit the Saturn are # 154-2, # 52181-1, and # 162-2. All three work with the bracket adapters.

To fat tow the Saturn you'll also need wiring, safety cables, a braking system, and likely a high-low adapter.

For the safety cable use # RM-643. The coiled design is great to keep them from dragging on the ground.

To power the Saturn's lights I suggest the diode kit # RM-15267. This will use the vehicle's tail lights by connecting to the Winnebago's and includes the cord to go between the two. From my research you'll need to pull a fuse on the Saturn so check the owner's manual to confirm this. You'll also need a Brake-Lite Relay # RM-88400 to keep the Saturn's lights from overriding the RV's.

For a supplemental braking system the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251 is a favorite around here because of how reliable it is and it's easier to install than many other permanently installed systems.

Finally, you'll likely need a high-low adapter. I've attached an article to help you determine the correct rise or drop your setup requires. I've also linked our selection of adapters for you to look at once you know what you need.

In addition to my recommendations I've linked some articles on flat towing that you may find helpful.
