The correct fifth-wheel installation kit for your 1993 Ford F-250 is the Reese Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit, item # RP30035. This kit works with all Reese fifth-wheel hitches and would work great with the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - 16,000 lbs, item # RP30047. Make sure that the hitch you purchase is rated high enough for the gross weight of your trailer loaded and ready to tow.

To determine if all of the hardware is present with the install kit that you have found you can use the photo on our product page for the install kit. If any of the hardware is missing it can be purchase as a separate kit, item # 58164. This kit includes everything needed to mount the rails and brackets on your vehicle, and it is a good idea to replace the used hardware when reinstalling the rails and brackets for safety. Using some locktite, item # LT37418, would be a good idea also.

If the kit you have found is a custom install kit with large side plates you will need to use the Reese Universal Mounting Brackets for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches - 10 Bolt, item # RP58314, along with the installation hardware mentioned above and the rails included with the kit you found. There is not a Reese custom install kit available for the 1993 Ford F-250 at this time.

I have included links to installation instructions for you to review also.
