Due to the location of the springs in the head of the fifth wheel it would be very difficult to get a picture that would be helpful to you.
I can describe where they are located in a hitch and how to install Replacement Spring, part # 30776.
The springs are located in the head assembly. One goes from one side of the hitch jaws to the other side. The long side of the spring (hook furthest from the coils) attaches to a pivot point on the flat rod closest to the jaws. The spring then goes across to the other side of the jaws and attaches to a point just beyond the jaws (close to where the other springs attaches). The other spring has one end attached to the handle from the back of the hitch to the front of the hitch away from the jaws.
I also attached an FAQ page on fifth wheel hitches that you might find informative also.
