Recommended Gooseneck Hitch for a 2017 Ford F-350 DRW With the Factory Puck System
Question:
Do you have any recommendations for reaching the release handle on a DRW truck? Is there one hitch that is better for that than another? Looking for at least a 20K rating compatible with the Ford puck system.

Since your 2017 Ford F-350 Super Duty has the Dual Wheels, there is another solution for you to tow a gooseneck trailer.
Since the factory puck system on your F-350 should already have a center puck for a gooseneck hitch ball all you will need to do is install the Reese Elite Series Pop-In Ball Kit # RP30137. This hitch ball will pop in and pop out of your bed without having to reach inside your wheel-well to unlatch the locking mechanism like you would with the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1116. I have attached a few demonstration videos on how this will work.
If you do not already have a 5th Wheel hitch then I recommend using the Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter # RP30156 along with the Curt A20 Slider # C16541 for a 6-3/4 foot bed or the Curt A20 # C16140 for an 8 foot bed.
