When choosing a new wheel size, the things you have to be sure about is that the bolt pattern is compatible with your hubs, that the spindle will fit, and that it will not cause interference with your wheel well/fender.. As long as the bolt pattern on the 10 inch wheel is the same as the bolt pattern on your hub, your setup should work just fine. Typically the pilot diameter will increase with the size of the wheel, but just to make sure that it will fit you will want to make sure that the pilot hole on your 10 inch wheel is at least the same size or bigger than the pilot hole diameter on your 8 inch wheel.
If you are looking to replace just the wheel, we have the Americana Steel Trailer Wheel in White, part # AM20046, and Galvanized, part # AM20048, which use the most common 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern and have a pilot hole diameter of 2.8 inches.
If you have a different bolt pattern and/or would like a recommendation of a tire with the wheel then just let me know the size tire that is on your current 8 inch wheel and I can find something comparable for you.
