Availability of Trailer Hitch for 2017 Toyota Highlander That Fits with Full-Size Spare

Question:

Im looking for a hitch for my 2017 Toyota Highlander XLE AWD. I have a FULL SIZE FULL WIDTH spare under there and am finding conflicting data on your site as to whether the hitch will fir and allow me to use a FULL SIZE spare/ I know the Curt wont, but your site in inconclusive about the other two.

We have a Class III hitch option for your 2017 Toyota Highlander that will allow re-installation of a full-size spare tire after the hitch is mounted. The etrailer hitch # e98844 allows your full-size spare to remain stowed under the vehicle. I have linked an installation video for you.

If you need a wiring harness you can use 4-pole kit # 118449 which offers easy plug-in installation.
