Reese 16K-Rated 5th Wheel Hitch # RP30047 will fit into any brand of industry-standard 5th wheel base rails (ISRs). The Reese Outboard Base Rail Kit # RP30153 uses ISRs so it will work fine with this hitch. If you need a 5th wheel wiring harness for the truck bed you can use part # 50-97-410 that will plug right in at your factory bumper-mounted 7-way, no splicing required.
