The Advantage, # HE3021, is not vehicle specific so it could fit your 2005 Chrysler Pacifica. The bag requires that the vehicle has crossbars that run side to side. This is so the straps that hold the bag to the roof have something to attach to.
Based on what I was able to find out about the Pacifica, it should have either rails that run front to back or cross bars that run side to side from the factory so you should be able to use the Navigator cargo bag. You will want to check the capacity of the rails or crossbars, and check the capacity of the roof and go by the lowest rated out of the 2.
