There are two Firestone air spring kits that will fit your 2003 Dodge Ram 2500.
Ride-Rite Helper Springs # F2299 have a 5,000 pound capacity. They can be inflated between 5 to 100 psi to help keep your truck level and take strain off the rear suspension.
If you need more support than that the Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Helper Springs # F2158 have a max capacity of 7,500 pounds at up to 150 psi. These are the heavy-duty springs if your truck needs it.
Both kits will fit with a gooseneck or fifth wheel hitch installed in your truck.
If you'd like to be able to control and monitor the air pressure from inside the cab of your Ram you can use the Air Command I Compressor System # F2097.
