Just ordered Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11065 hoping its right for my car. Is there a recomended drawbar? Also ordered the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector, Item # C56119. Car: 2013 Volvo C70 Convertible, T5

Yes, you are correct. Hitch # C11065 is confirmed to fit your 2013 Volvo C70 T5 Convertible. The recommended ball mount is # C45522.
If you need a ball with which to tow you can use # C40001 for a 1-7/8 inch or # C40018 for a 2 inch. The Curt wiring harness that you also ordered, # C56119, is a fit as well. So it sounds like you are good to go!
