Installation of 4-Pole Wiring Kit C59496 in 2014 Chevrolet Camaro with LED Lights

Question:

I got this kit and a hitch a while ago, instructions are so basic and no pics or info for any Camaros on here that I can find to show how to hook it up. I cant find a wiring diagram for my Camaro, any better instructions than the manufacturer provides more specific?

The 4-Pole Wiring Harness Kit # C59496 is a confirmed fit for the 2014 Chevrolet Camaro with LED taillights. Since this requires a hard-wire installation the kit includes a circuit tester to allow you to confirm the function carried on each vehicle wire (since wire colors alone are not a reliable method for confirming what needs to connect where). Since auto makers can change wire colors used in production, testing is the only fully reliable way to know what wire to connect to each lead on the harness.
