Question:
bike rack for 2007 crv what hitch for a 4 bike rack ?

Helpful Expert Reply:
First it is very important that you know the tongue weight capacity of your 2007 Honda CR-V. It is limited to 150 pounds. That means the combined weight of the bike rack and the bikes cannot exceed 150 pounds. Adult bikes average about 30 pounds per bike so it can add up quick on a 4-bike rack.
With that said I recommend going with trailer hitch # 75547 because it is the only one out of the hitch options that will allow you to carry more than 2 bikes. I have linked a video showing an example installation of the hitch for you.
If you do not already have a bike rack I recommend something light such as the Saris Bones # SA884 which weighs 22 pounds. That leaves you with 128 pounds leftover for the bikes. I have linked a video review of the rack for you.
