Expert Reply:
For the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, # 36336, for the 1992 to 1996 Toyota Camry, 2 door and 4 door, we rate the difficulty of installation as a 5 out of 10. We base the scale on the estimated installation time. A 5 out of 10 indicates that it should take a novice installer with the correct tools and an assistant about 50 minutes to install the hitch.
I have included a link to the installation instructions for this trailer hitch which lists the tools needed and the steps for installation. You will see there are 6 steps and some drilling is involved. I also attached an installation video on a 2005 Camry.
If you plan on towing with this hitch, the recommended ball mount, pin, and clip are included. You can use ball # 19256 (1-7/8 inch diameter) or # 19258 (2 inch diameter). For trailer wiring, you would use 4 Pole Harness and Hardwire Kit, # C59496. I have included a link to the installation details and a video showing a typical installation for reference.

This answer includes If you plan on towing with this hitch, the recommended ball mount, pin, and clip are included. To clarify, do those parts ball mount, pin, and clip come with this hitch receiver, or do they need to be ordered separately? Thanks in advance!
