Compatibility of Titan EOH Brake Actuator with Dodge Factory Brake Controller
Question:
Greetings. I purchased a titan unit from you guys a couple years ago. it worked great until this weekend. 2012 ram 3500 with factory brake unit. the truck shows the brakes are connected. the pump will not work with brake peddle or hand control any help appreciated. thanks.

I could not find any purchase history for you so I am not sure exactly which actuator you have, but I suspect that perhaps you were using a different truck (or at least a different brake controller) previously with your actuator.
Some factory-installed brake controllers are not compatible with electric-over-hydraulic (EOH)actuators. Aftermarket units like the Prodigy P2 # 90885 and P3 # 90195 do offer the option on their main menu screens to select this operating mode (as compared to standard electric brakes). If your controller does not have an EOH setting it may be best just to replace it with an aftermarket unit.
