Will this front mount hitch fit my 2013 Fleetwood Storm 28 its on a Ford f450 chassis?

Provided that the front end of your 2013 Fleetwood Storm is not any different than a regular Ford F-450 then yes, you can install front receiver # 65049. Hitch manufacturers usually do not test hitches on RV models because there are so many manufacturers of them. As long as the RV manufacturer hasn't modified the front at all there won't be a problem.
