Trailer Hitch Receiver and Other Parts Needed to Tow a Trailer with a 2016 Lexus RX350 F Sport
Question:
Im looking for a hitch for 2016 RX350 FSPORT, there is two options, one that says it will fit the FSPORT, but looks like the part number is the exact same. Do you guys have one that does fit the FSPORT model? thanks

The Curt # C13272 trailer hitch receiver will fit both F Sport and non-F Sport models. That's why it shows up twice. It is the correct receiver for your 2016 Lexus RX350. I've linked a video on a 2017 for you to see.
If you're going to be towing a trailer you'll also need a ball mount, hitch ball, pin and clip, and trailer wiring.
The Tekonsha wiring harness # 118255 has a power module that plugs into the F Sport's wiring behind a trim panel in the rear cargo area. The 4-way connector plugs in behind the rear bumper. There's also a fuse included to insert in the in-line holder.
For a pin and clip to fit you can use # PC3 or if you'd like to have a locking pin you can use # BX8858.
You'll also need a ball mount and hitch ball. I've attached link of our selection of ball mounts for a 2 inch hitch receiver as well as an article to help you determine the correct rise or drop you may need. Once you choose a ball mount you can then choose a hitch ball to fit it.
One way to make choosing a ball mount easier is to go with an adjustable ball mount like the B&W Tow & Stow # BWTS10038B. It features the ability to be flipped under the hitch when not using it and will provide up to 5-1/2 inches of rise or 5 inches of drop.
I've also included links to some articles on towing that you might find helpful.
