You will first need a tow bar and base plates. The tow bar will fit into the receiver of the motorhome, and attach to the base plates once they are installed on the Dakota. The Roadmaster Falcon 2, part # RM-520 is a good mid-priced option. Either base plate kit # 246-5 or # 246-6 will work with your Dakota, although the 246-5 is compatible with all the tow bars Roadmaster offers. You will also need safety cables, if you do not already have them. Roadmaster offers a coiled set that works great, part # RM-643.

The Dakota will also need lighting. If you were not planning on towing the vehicle very ofter, a magnetic light system like part # RM-2120 would work well for you. Magnetic lights are extremely easy to install, and do not require any modification of the vehicle wiring. For a more permanent set-up, the Hopkins Tail Light Isolating Diode System with Wiring Harness, part # 38955 would be a good choice. The product description page for this wiring system features diagrams showing how the install is completed, as well as an installation video that you might find helpful.

Some states require a supplemental braking system, like part # RM-9400.

In my research, I found that your Dakota is capable of being flat towed, but you'll want to follow any advice mentioned in your owner's manual. I've linked you to some FAQ articles about flat towing.
