How would the clearance be being I am towing a 14foot Flagstaff e pro with a Nissan 2012 Murano would I have or lose any turn radius

The Stromberg Carlson Bike Bunk Trailer-Mounted Bike Rack, part # CC-275 can fit A-frame trailers from 14 to 55-inches wide. The carrier would sit above the propane tanks on the front of your trailer. The distance from the top of the trailer frame to the top of the cross tube of the carrier is 33-1/2 inches.
I recommend the Swagman XC bike rack, part # S64650 to carry your bike. This carrier has a capacity of 70-lbs for two bikes, and the rack only weighs about 25 lbs. Then you can use # S64031 to secure your investment.
As far as the clearance, any time you mount anything to the front of your trailer you can run the risk of clearance depending on how sharp of a turn you make and the location of the bike rack and bike.
