Yes, the Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 5.2K to 7K # AKEBRK-7-SA will fit on your existing axle and fit your AL-KO 12 x 2 inch hub and drum assemblies. They will be compatible. These brake assemblies are side specific and labeled for you. They are self adjusting, so after the initial installation adjustment you won't need to check up on them for proper function. There is no break in period needed following that initial adjustment.
If you need the mounting bolts and hardware, I recommend # BRKH12.
