Can 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT Glass Panoramic be Opened with a Roof Rack Installed

Can the panoramic sunroof on a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT operate tilt open AND slide open with a Thule Traverse roof rack system mounted on top?

The official statement from the manufacturer is:
"Thule does not recommend opening, venting, or retracting the sunroof/moonroof/glass roof while the rack is mounted. Damage to the glass and/or opening mechanism can occur."
This is standard for roof racks on any vehicle with a glass roof and any roof rack manufacturer. If you choose to go with the Thule SquareBars # TH712400 then to complete the roof rack you will need Rapid Traverse foot pack # TH480R and fit kit # THKIT1695 for your 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT with the glass roof.
