For replacement self-adjusting electric trailer brake assemblies on your trailer with AL KO T52 axles, which are rated at 5,200 to 7,000 pound capacity, I recommend the etrailer.com Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self Adjusting # AKEBRK-7-SA. These are 12 x 2 inch, self-adjusting brakes that are compatible with your AL-KO axle. This kit includes both the left hand and right hand brake assemblies. The mounting flange has a 5-bolt pattern.
For the mounting hardware on these brake assemblies you will use # BRKH12. This kit includes the hardware needed to mount 2 brake assemblies on your trailer.
I have attached a video review of these brakes for you to check out.
