What Bumper Type Does Curt Hitch C14355 Fit
Question:
Hi! Looking at this product. How do I know which bumper I have? I think I have the standard one. Second question, I assume it comes with all the bolts? Thanks... Curt Class IV Receiver Hitch - 2000 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty Pickups with Standard or Step Bumper

The Curt hitch part # C14355 that you referenced is going to fit your 2000 Ford F-250. Basically as long as your rear bumper is the stock one that came on the truck you have one of the two bumper styles that would work with it.
The deep drop bumpers are much taller bumpers at the rear of the vehicle. You would know if you had one. But for further clarification check out the help article link I attached that covers all of the bumper styles found on trucks.
The hitch does come with all the needed install hardware.
