Will the Lock Part of Curt Hitch Lock C23519 Fit Thule Hitch Bolt 853-5917

Will the lock without the pin fit to the Replacement Threaded Pin for Thule ? This one 853-5917

I went out to the warehouse and tested the Thule pin, # 853-5917, with the lock part of Curt hitch lock # C23519. It is a little wobbly but the lock does fit and lock to the pin and stay locked so they will work together.
