If your 2011 Chevy Colorado has a 4-Way flat, or, you install a 4-Way flat like # 118301 that you have referenced, you may be able to use 4 Pole Knock-Out Adapter, # HM47605. I went out to the warehouse to measure this part and it is 1-5/8 inches in diameter at the largest point which would be a little larger than a quarter. You would just need to route the 4-Way harness through the back of the plug, connect it to this adapter, and then mount the adapter into the hole. You will just need to make sure the hole is less than 1-5/8 inches wide for this adapte to fit.
A 7-Way would be too large to fit in a hole that size, so if you are needing to add a 7-Way, you would first install a 4-Way and then use 4 and 7 Way Installation kit # ETBC7. This kit comes with everything needed to add a 7-Way to a vehicle including a mounting bracket, wiring, connectors, and circuit breakers. I have included a link to the installation details for the 118301 wiring harness, a link to an FAQ that explains the installation of an ETBC7, and a video showing the installation of an ETBC7.
