How to Replace 9-Pin on Vehicle with 7-Way
Question:
Im converting a 1995 Ford F350 wired with a Pollack 9 pin PK12907 to a 7 blade 4 flat Hopkins #47185. Im have wiring for both from your site but am confused on the conversion - any help would be appreciated!

9 pin connectors aren't normally used on light duty vehicles so yours is most likely not wired to any standard. What you will have to do is test all of the wires ran to it by function with a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 so that you can determine all of their functions and then wire according to the chart I attached.
