Looking for a spare tire carrier to fit my 2 inch receiver . To let me carry my spare and pull my car.

It sounds to me that you need the Roadmaster Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier # RM-195225. This spare tire carrier fits into the 2 inch hitch receiver on your RV and has its own 2 inch receiver for you to still be able to flat tow your car. It will carry rims of any bolt pattern that are 16 to 24-1/2 inches in diameter so it's perfect for your 19-1/2 inch wheel.
