The torque specifications for the hardware in Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, # 75270, can be found in the instructions which I have linked for you. There are 3 steps for this installation and then the torque specs appear after step 3. I have also included a link to an installation video on a similar vehicle.
To complete your towing set up, the recommended ball mount is # 2753 for use with ball # 19260 (1-7/8 inch diameter) # 19247 (2 inch diameter), or # 63847 (2-5/16 inch diameter). For trailer wiring, you would need T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector, # 118336. I have included a link to the installation details for this harness as well.
