Weight distribution systems are not specific to the vehicle but need to be rated for the tongue weight of the trailer. Since your eaz-lift is rated for 1,200 pounds it will likely work for your trailer. The best way to find out is to use a tongue weight scale, # e99044 to determine the tongue weight of your trailer. Also for weight distribution you need to factor in the amount of weight that is stored behind the rear axle of your 2004 GMC Yukon and add that to the trailer's tongue weight.

As long as that complete figure is less than 1,200 pounds your system is rated high enough. Also, you want to make sure it isn't significantly less because your ride will be extremely rough and rigid. However, with a trailer that size it likely won't be unless you're not loading it at all.
